			(1) Matrimonial

			Eligibility :
			To register as a member of matrimonial in DGKKP , you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). The DGKKP site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful matrimonial alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject.
			Non-Commercial Use by Members :
			The DGKKP Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of generating Accepts from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to DGKKP or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot use service of matrimonial . Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
			Multiple profiles :
			Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on DGKKP. DGKKP reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any prior notice or confirmation from that particular member.
			Other Terms of Use by Members :
			DGKKP matrimonial Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. DGKKP Members who subscribe to the DGKKP matrimonial Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

			(2) Benefit of be coming a DGKKP Member
			DGKKP is Social Security scheme run by Shree DGKKP. If any registered member dies before age of 55 years then DGKKP provides financial help to ABKKP registered member's family under DGKKP scheme.


			(3) Law Of Jurisdiction
			Law of Jurisdiction will be subject to Ahmedabad High Court.

			(4) Content

			For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos , you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings.You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use content that you post on DGKKP.
			You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on DGKKP.
			You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access DGKKP without our prior permission.
			You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing on DGKKP.
			You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
			You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
			You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
			You will not use DGKKP to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
			You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity
			You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of DGKKP such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other DGKKP functionality.

			(5) Registration

			You will not provide any false personal information on DGKKP, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission
			You will not create more than one personal account.
			If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
			You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
			You will not share your password , let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.

			(6) Disclaimer of Warranties
